At DachsDesign, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If something isn’t right, we're here to help.

Right to Cancel (14-Day Return Policy)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, according to Norwegian consumer law.

You don’t need to give a reason for cancelling, but you must notify us before the 14-day period ends.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a full refund, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original condition

  • Safely packaged to avoid damage in return transit

Customers are responsible for return postage unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds


Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will:

  • Approve the return

  • Refund the full purchase amount

  • Refund your original shipping cost if the entire order is returned

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your returned item.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customised or personalised orders

  • Items returned damaged due to improper packaging during return shipping

If there is a problem with your order (e.g., damaged upon arrival), please contact me and I will help resolve it.

How to Return an Item


Please send an email including:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return (optional)

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact me so I can help resolve the issue.
