It has been designed with 14 count aida in mind and using two strands of DMC thread. There are only full cross stitches included in this pattern to make it as easy as possible. If you choose to stitch it on a lower count aida the design will come out larger. If you stitch it on a higher count aida the design will come out smaller.
The floss colours you need are included in the PDF download.
The size of the cat without a heart pattern stitching area is 60 x 97 stitches which equates to 4.25in x 6.875in (10.8cm x 17.5cm).
The pattern of the cat with a heart is 57 x 87 stitches which equates to 4in x 6.25in (10.3cm x 15.8cm).
You don't have to stick the colours provided in the PDF, this pattern is perfect for using up any colours you have in your stash!
